HBM PACKAGING Technologies will distribute the latest release from Italian manufacturer TechnoWrapp, an automatic ring wrapper, in Australia.
The A800 and A800 4E automatic ring wrapping machines are designed to seal palletised loads with stretch film and a waterproof top sheet.
The company says the units are designed to keep film usage to a minimum while ensuring a complete hermetic sealing of the pallet stack.
The ring technology rotates the film cartridge around the load with a combination of smooth horizontal and vertical movements, while still maintaining the integrity of the load corners. The stability and integrity of the stack is maintained during the process.
According to the distributor, the machine can wrap 130 pallets per hour and make film savings of up to 300%. It also can come with an optional auto reel changeover, film splicer and pallet lift.
