FANUC ROBOTICS has released a paint robot designed to paint small parts as alternative to multiple fixed paint guns.
The Paint Mate 200iA is based on the company’s LR Mate 200iC robot series and is said to feature a light, efficient, accurate and nimble (LEAN) package design.
The company says the unit can be mounted on floors, tables, at angles and inverted from a roof or platform.
According to the manufacturer, the robot comes with a range of functions, including an internal programmable controller, Ethernet compatibility, iRVision, iPendant, HandlingTool and PaintTool. It also comes with FM Class III Hazardous approval.
