ROCKWELL Automation has extended its Modular Control System (MCS) product range with three miniature components.
They are the 100-K contactor, the 700-K control relay and the 193-K bimetallic overload relay. The total MCS assembly can be applied to small industrial machines, white goods and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
The company says the 193-K mounts directly onto the 100-K unit allowing quick assembly of compact custom starter units.
According to the manufacturer, the 100-K and the 700-K are rated to 690V and have an IEC-rated front-pluggable mechanical interlock for AC and DC contactors. They also have unique push-in termination technology. The 193-K features automatic, manual and remote reset functions to protect the whole assembly.
