MANNCORP has developed a production line for flexible surface mount technology (SMT) assembly.
The ‘Hi Output’ Line includes the MC683 dual gantry conveyor system, the G300 automatic stencil printer and the CR8000 reflow oven.
The company says the MC683 can complete pick-and-place operations simultaneously with two dual-head manipulators. The system can handle components with an accuracy of 0.01mm.
According to the manufacturer, the stencil printer has computer controls, motorised print heads and vision-based alignment sensors with an accuracy of 0.025mm.
The developer claims the oven has eight independent upper and lower heat zones with temperature control up to 300 degrees Celsius.
